The Oakley Arctic Challenge is going down this week in Oslo, Norway. Widely considered by pro riders to be the best snowboarding event in the world, the 2009 Arctic Challenge is set to feature major players like Danny Davis, Kevin Pearce and the event’s founder and owner Terje Haaksonsen.
