Freestyle Berlin

28 September 2009, 11.11 | Posted in Competitions, FMX, Skateboarding, snowboarding | No comments »

Who says skate comps have to go down in the summer and shred in the winter? Not the Germans. The country that invented beer and pretzels knows a thing or two about combos and has brought the two sports together for Freestyle Berlin, Germany’s mega-contest popping off this weekend. All sorts of big dogs from Heikki Sorsa and Nicolas Muller to Tony Hawk and Andy Mac are expected to turn the city into the real Oktoberfest from the 9th to the 11th. There’s even FMX and free ski too. Go here for a full schedule.
