this is brilliant. could someone now please create a video about burton’s EST and other “minimal mounting point” bindings being the most anti-performance concept since step-ins? Unless they were intentionally trying to make a binding that was completely un-responsive and only had the advantage of “unlimited stance options.” EST is similar to the reverse camber concept: offer a “new” product that sacrifices performance for convenience and you can sell more units to all the shitfaces at Big Bear that think their current setup is now obsolete.

i always wondered why the reverse camber? it\\\’s pretty much useless, unless you want to butter your way down the mountain. i mean i could see it becoming convenient if you are a beginner and/or pussy and need help with your landings. other than that it\\\’s total crap, with good marketing.
