Dusty Payne WCT Qualification Edit

It’s good to be Dusty Payne. At only twenty, the kid has had a year most surfers would die for: two covers on Surfer Magazine, two on Stab Magazine and the current cover of The Surfer’s Journal plus an epic part in the Video of the Year frontrunner “Modern Collective.” But it doesn’t stop there, Dusty just qualified for the WCT with his 4th place finish at the O’Neill World Cup of Surfing at Sunset.
