Kodak unveiled their rad new waterproof, HD digital video camera, the Playsport, at the US Open in Stratton, Vermont this weekend. The Playsport shoots up to a crispy 1080p HD and works underwater up to ten feet. The cam is also SD card compatible, rechargeable via USB and features image stabilization and a LCD glare shield. The Playsport comes bundled with HDMI cables and editing software for a very reasonable $149. Look for it to drop early April at major electronics retailers and Kodak.com. More looks after the jump.
