Not all the news in NYC is bad, just before the hurricane Brooklyn got a fresh addition to the shred scene with the opening of Bird’s Eye Boardshop in Bushwick. The core shop, owned by Steven Reaves, has been doing online business for a couple years and finally made the jump to brick and mortar. With a collection of our favorite brands including Ashbury, Poler, Coal, Herschel, Holden, and Crab Grab plus many more, its definitely the go to spot for all of North Brooklyn and beyond. KR3W mobbed Big Bear this past weekend for their end of the season collabo demo with Ashbury. Jed Anderson and Jake Olson-Elm pretty much ran things. That’s Jake up above with the 180 off the wall and Jed after the jump with the 3 on, 180 off the rail.
