The multi-talented Kelly D. Williams at Club Mumble has just done an excellent interview with Jason Adams. Influential as both a skater and an artist, Adams has pretty much seen and done it all and spills it like fine wine: “I love wine and 8o’s emo music. enjoi has just made the announcement that beginning with Spring 2009, they will no longer be printing their consumer catalog. Rather, they are stepping up to be the first skate brand to go 100% digital and have posted their entire catalog on the enjoi website. Here we have a look at enjoi’s three pro series’ for Spring, the Broadway Musical collection (pictured), the Every Man Has His Weakness collection and the Plaid series which is “better than a fixed gear with training wheels.” Take a close look at the broadway decks, each is a re-interpretation of one of your favorite movies – can you guess which one? Holland’s got a new shop on the block. Yep, Kingdom Skateshop opened its doors last week in the city of Tilburg. With a dope mix of brands across both the skate and streetwear worlds, Kingdom should save the kids south of Amsterdam some train fare. enjoi is hosting “Just Another Skateboard Art Show” beginning March 8th and running through April 1st at the HVW8 gallery in Los Angeles. The show will feature work by enjoi’s creative director Winston Tseng, Matt Eversole, Todd Bratrud and Jerry Hsu. The enjoi team will also be on hand for the opening on March 8th. Lakai and Enjoi have updated their Cairo Foster collab. Moving from the racing theme of the last release, for Spring 09 they are going with a more subdued black/chocolate/gold color way.
