The Mulitcam pack is the latest collection from Vans LXVI. The camo print on the shoes is actually utilized by US Special Operations Forces to allow deployment of virtually any region in the world and now you can rock it on your tactical missions to Trader Joe’s. Following up the release of their technologically advanced LXVI, Vans will drop the Stat this October. Bringing the ultra-lightweight feel of the original to a midtop, the Stat features LuxLiner construction, WaffleFlex tread design and an UltraCush Lite midsole unit. The Stat comes in four colorways including an All-Weather model with Scotchguard-treated Wolverine pig suede and 1200D ballistic nylon paneling (above). See the other colors after the jump.

The products fuse the familiar Vans visual aesthetic with advanced methods in comfort, flexibility and lighter weight materials. In one of the raddest promo moves of recent memory, Vans mailed out a bunch of “Mystery Boxes” for the launch of their new LXVI shoe with locked padlocks on them! While some have seen the shoes and code cracking is already in effect, its a concept that actually brings some excitment back to the release of a pair of sneakers.
