Vans 2014 Infuse

Vans Snow got a huge lift to their program with the addition of New Hampshire ripper Pat Moore to the team. In return Pat got some serious lift to his pop by stepping into next season’s Infuse boot. The buttery leather exterior hides a tech’d out liner and a hybrid Boa system perfect for cinching up prior to dropping the kind of hammers Pat is known for. The Infuse will hit Vans accounts in late summer. Check out some more looks after the jump.

Vans Hi Standard 2014

adidas | Samba Snowboard Boot

It was rumored forever and the team news hit last fall but as of SIA this past week, adidas gave us a solid look at what it’s going to mean for them to be in the snowboard game. Taking a cue from other sneaker brands that have done it, adidas is starting their program with heritage, taking the Samba and flipping it into a shred boot. How does it ride? We don’t know yet but are looking forward to time on snow in them later this winter. Let us know what you think and check out a couple more looks after the jump.

Every year ThirtyTwo holds a top secret boot camp for a select group of retailers and media to test and give feedback on the next season’s product. This year Tim Brodhagen headed up to Government Camp, Oregon for sessions at Meadows and Timberline to see ThirtyTwo’s full 2013-14 line including signature product from Chris Grenier and Joe Sexton and collabs with LRG and Crab Grab. Also, make sure to catch cameos from some of your favorite shred bloggers including Transworld’s Hondo, Coolhunting’s Graham Hiemstra, YoBeat’s Justin Parkhurst and Radcollector’s Brad Clarke. Supra continues to expand their product offerings in interesting ways with the Backwood, a new “all-weather boot/athletic-shoe hybrid.” Coming in three makeups, Supratuf, leather, and suede, the Backwood offers the stability and protection of a boot but with a much lighter foot feel than a traditional boot.
