Ryan Sheckler hit NYC yesterday to shoot a new commercial for Go Pro and hit up SHUT for some scenes at and in front of the store. The commercial will feature footage from Sheck’s pro-model “dick cam” and will be seen on TV as well as the interwebs. More photos from Michael Cohen after the jump.

NYC based startup company Kogeto is on Kickstarter looking for funding for their latest endeavor, Dot, a 360º panoramic video camera for the iPhone 4. If they can get it done, its a safe bet to say that amateur shred filmers worldwide will benefit. Support the project here.

Panasonic just dropped in huge on their marketing push for the new Lumix GH2 DLSR, enlisting Ty Evans and Atiba Jefferson to create an epic edit using a stock GH2 in “Nostalgic” film mode and a variety of lenses. The edit, which was made for the Consumer Electronics Show, features just about every name in the game and was shot between November and December of last year. Full camera specs after the jump. In more camera news, Lomo has dropped a new camera called the Sprocket Rocket. A panoramic camera in a compact retro body, the Sprocket Rocket has the unique feature of dual scrolling knobs that allow for multiple exposures on 35mm film for perfect artsy shred shots.
