Last Friday on every potheads favorite holiday was the NYC launch of John Cardiel’s travel bag collection with Chrome. The day started with a private event at the Chrome NYC Store and then moved to Sweet & Vicious for an open bar party with DJ Gizmo on the tables. New York heads came out in numbers and attendees included Alex Corporan, Jeff Pang, Ray Mate, Tim Brodhagen, Mark Nardelli, Ivory Serra, Rodney Smith and Josh Zickert just to name a few. Heel Bruise has just announced a super dope collab with Stussy for the opening of their new store at Daida City aka DC in Tokyo. The “DC Chapter Was Here” collection consists of a t-shirt, hat, and deck designed as an homage to the “Kilroy Was Here” World War II era graffiti. The first assortment of the flipped Era’s includes seven colorways available for men and women that feature the bright blue, white, green and red colors.
