The Dyrdek Leather That Never Was

Rad Collector - DC Dyrdek Discontinued Leather
Sometimes the gear gods are not kind. Check out the original leather from the DC Dyrdek Collection. Super buttery, ill cut, printed lining and with the sickest rainbow skittle zips, this baby was originally set to retail for more that $600. That’s Dyrdek’s clout for you. They even made four custom colored ones for his Street Dreams premieres. Unfortunately, realistic sales forecasting prevailed and the jacket was re-formulated for it’s actual release. The cut is still good, but the leather has been downgraded and gone are those precious precious zips. Bummer. More looks at the last one on earth after the jump.

Rad Collector - Burton Restricted Kurtz Down Jacket
A lot of people were bummed on the retiring of the Burton Ronin line, which had been consistently putting out bangers over the last couple seasons, but if there is one thing to be said for Big B, they know how to come with the hot new shit with the quickness. Case in point is the new Restricted collection that’s packing mad heat this winter. Hottest of all, literally and figuratively, is the Kurtz Down Jacket. With DRYRIDE Durashell 2-Layer 5,000MM, 5,000G Laminated Fabric, fully taped seams and 550 Down Fill, this cold slayer will keep you hotter that the deranged Cambodian-jungle dwelling Colonel it’s named after.
