NYC’s original skateboard brand SHUT has been featured in the latest issue of Central Magazine. The Barcelona-based art/skate mag has a brolic ten page spread on SHUT covering both the history and the future of the brand and with a ton of good shit on Rodney Smith, Luis Tolentino, Javier Nunez and more. Germany’s raddest skate magazine, Monster, dropped their new issue today. If you can read German, you can enjoy some dope features on Leo Romero, Pat Lindenberger, and Kenny Reed. If you can’t, you can still enjoy the pictures. Check out more on the new issue on Oli Tielsch’s column above.

The final two remaining subversive voices in skate and snow media, King Shit and King Snow magazines, have just launched full print editions on their respective websites. DC, having already pioneered the online game with their Skateboarding.tv, has launched a new online skate zine today, DC 7Zine. The site will aim to give real time behind the scenes looks into the lives of the DC skate team. Josh Kalis is bakcing it. Peep his intro video here. In a retro twist, the zine will also be printed hard copy and distributed to key DC retailers each quarter.

The rad new magazine Under Republic has just dropped their 3rd issue. A throwback to the the days when underground culture still had its own magazines, Under Republic covers graffiti, music, skate and other dope shit that might not have crazy commercial appeal. Best part is you can peep the whole issue right here.

ThirtyTwo got the nod from Thrasher to flip Skate and Destroy into it’s snowy cousin Shred and Destroy on a few pieces for next winter. A hoodie and a dope coaches jacket both got the treatment. They also flipped the Thrasher logo itself and went in on the classic Phillies Blunt logo too. Some looks after the jump.

The dudes at Updown magazine have just dropped another segment with the BozWreck crew. This one, aptly titled “Getting Tacos With Matty Ryan” concerns an altercation that for legal reasons we’ll say, may or may not have occurred outside a strip club in PDX a while back. 100% BozWreck.
