For their latest installment of the Visually Heard series, L-R-G linked up with producer Exile for a quick but deep check-in on what it was like to discover his father’s lost recordings and sound equipment. Exile is of course known for working with everyone from his partner Aloe Blacc to Ghotface and Mobb Deep, his father Albert Trent Manfredi, was a ground breaking musician in his own right but passed before Exile really got to know him.
In addition to their Cheech and Chong Road Soda snowboard, Burton has hooked up another green collab, this time with the late great Bob Marley. The Marley Whammy was done with the rastafarian blessing of the Marley Estate and will no doubt be a good board to follow if you are stuck on the hill without any “medicine.” One gondola ride up with whomever owns it should cure what ails you.
