As part their big Fall/Holiday ‘09 campaign which includes the collaboration with Todd Selby, Nike 6.0 has done this commercial spot featuring supercross phenom James Stewart. For the spot, which is intended to show 6.0 athlete’s ability to blend action and lifestyle, James Stewart was filmed at his home track in Florida rocking the M65 Flannel Shirt. The commercial was done by Sandymontana Productions in Portland and uses motion control cinematography, digital compositing, and photo doubles to create its unique look. James Stewart is changing the supercross game. Yesterday he took the 2009 AMA World Supercross Championships in Las Vegas along with a nice check for $100,000. To congratulate him, Nike 6.0 commissioned an exclusive cover of “Mammas Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up to be Cowboys” by The Black Lips to go along with a nice lil retrospective video. And here it is.
Nike 6.0 announced today that they’ve added Supercross maniac James Stewart to their team. A sick, sick rider and even doper dude, James has been bringing flavor to the Supercross for a minute even though he’s only 23. Watch for big things from this kid. More pics after the jump.
