Geneva’s Pulp68 consistently comes with simple yet interesting graphic flips, some of the rad ones lately being their Ford GT40 decks and their Fixies Are The New Rollerblades sticker, and today they drop another, the Nintendo Tee.
Pulp68 in Geneva just dropped their latest graphic in the form of these “Fixies Are The New Rollerblades” stickers. There’s no time like the summer to stir up some beef, we’ll have to see who takes more offense at the association.
For their latest limited edition deck Pulp68 has created an homage to the 1968 Le Mans-winning Ford Gt40 race car. The Orange and Blue Gulf-inspired colorway does look nice on a board. More looks after the jump.
Pulp68 out of Geneva has just dropped their new line of tees for the summer. Always a mix between political, fashionable and not really giving a fuck, the summer 2010 line is no different. Peep flips of the House of Pain and Jurassic Park logos as well as an interesting homage to people with the initials MJ. More after the jump.
Geneva’s Pulp68 is running an interesting project today called Re-Ink Day. They are offering to let anyone bring in a wack tee shirt and screenprint a Pulp68 logo over it. That’s creative and ecologically sound branding for sure. More flicks after the jump.
JMZ of Pulp68 in Geneva has gotten together with NdKreative, Nidecker’s creative lab to create the second generation of their The Helvet Underground collaboration. Coming off last year’s “mustache” board, JMZ decided to take it back to basics with a simple white board and a cheeky admonishment of some of shred’s recent trends. A full look after the jump.
To celebrate the legacy of Keith Haring on the 20th anniversary of his death yesterday, JMZ of Pulp68 skate shop organized this public gathering in Geneva encouraging people to participate in chalk recreations of Haring’s work. What’s amazing is that cops would be handing out tickets for this in NYC. Only in Europe.
In what may be the most Christmasy Christmas tribute we’ve seen yet, Geneva’s OG shop Pulp68 hooked up with the artist and gallerist Maya Guidi for a gingerbread skateboard. Flipping the cookie into an actual deck, Pulp68 is doing a super limited run of 68 decks that look and smell exactly like gingerbread. Do they love Christmas that much? Not necessarily, this project is part 1 of a series of pieces to celebrate the brand’s 15th anniversary. More looks after the jump.
In honor of the historic 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall today, Pulp68 and Redline Films have produced this limited edition poster and are distributing it free on the streets of Berlin. Taken from their film Plaza and featuring Lucien Wampfler giving peace a chance, it’s a fitting commemoration. You can watch or download the original video in its entirety here. A big version after the jump.
Swiss OG JMZ, the man behind Pulp68 and YES! Snowboards, among many other rad things, has a new art project called CMYK. The best way to describe it would be live painting through skate, but it’s also got a drunken slip n slide steez to it as well. Peep the video above from the CMYK session in Geneva last week. There are also a bunch of stills after the jump.
