Now they are disrespecting snowboarding and Star Wars? What has the world come to? We just referenced Jedi abilities in our post on Shaun White’s double corks in New Zealand and then we see this? Snowboard Jedi? Please will someone from Lucasfilms send these people a cease and desist?! The funniest part is that it seems like they just flipped the wording from any other self help scam so it says “riding” where it use to say “life” or “earning.” And check out the opening tagline: “Imagine a Secret Guarded So Tightly by Professional Snowboarders They’d do Almost Anything to Keep it From You!” Watch out yo, JP Walker might be waiting in a back alley for you! Now that The Good Book is out, expect to see a lot of dope shit from Burton. First up is AK. Always ultra-tech, AK has gotten more and more fly over the past three years in particular and now sits at the top of Burton’s style chain as well as its performance portfolio. AK 2010 has just shipped to Burton’s flagship stores in NY, LA, and Chicago. Hit HighSnob for looks at the 3L Continuum, 2L Stagger, 2L Turbine, 2L Jussi Anorak, and the 2L Cyclic jackets.
It may as well be DCTV. Following the heels of Rob Dyrdek getting the green light for season two of Fantasy Factory, Travis Pastrana and his crew have gotten another go around for Nitro Circus. They’ve even been bumped over to MTV’s “See You Thursday” programming, which actually sounds pretty lame (must be the cuts in marketing at Viacom), but should be a good look for the show nevertheless. DC athlete Jolene Van Vugt will also continue to Vugt shit up as Nitro Girl while Jim DeChamp, Andy Bell, Erik Roner, Street Bike Tommy, and new guy Special Greg, will also be in the mix. There’s bound to be a Ken Block cameo too. Not coincidentally, the first season of “Nitro Circus” is set to release on DVD on Tuesday, September 8th. Season two of “Nitro Circus” will premiere on Thursday, August 27th at 10 PM ET/PT. For more go here.
Neff has just dropped the Phillus hat in two colorways, a Pittsburgh-y black and yellow and a Montreal Expo red, white and, blue. Even though he isn’t from either one of those cities, Souljah Boy was rocking the Phillus at his show with 50 last week. Go to the Neff blog for more on that. More pics after the jump.

They must have knees of steel in Beauville. Team Thunder aka Ben Gustafson, Cody Comrie, Joe Mertes, Eric Fernandez, Martin Campbell, Justin Keniston, Jordan Michilot, Will Tuddenham, and associated homies are doing a lot of dropping to flat in their new flick coming this fall. Looks fun as hell though. Enjoy this trailer until the cease and desist for the Beatles songs comes in…actually maybe the lawyers are too busy with MJ to deal. Via Mpora.
Ahh August, perfect time for a trip to Europe. All the Euros are on vacation so the pubs are empty and the lonely and bored waitresses dream of nothing else but a motley crew of skateboarders coming in the door and sweeping them off their feet with their drunken scumbag antics. éS knows the deal and so is sending Mike Anderson, Bobby Worrest, Rick McCrank, Danny Garcia, Rodrigo TX, Justin Eldridge to Europe from the 26th of August until September 7th. They’ll hit the Netherlands, Sweden, Germany and France and will announce a new team rider somewhere along the way. Bon Voyage! Full tour info after the jump.
No fucking way. In what is either a further sign that the apocalypse is upon us or one of the slickest hustles a pro rider ever pulled off, it’s been announced that Louie Vito will be on this season’s Dancing With the Stars. Co-stars include Donny Osmond, Kelly Osbourne, and ex congressman Tom Delay. This shit is too crazy!
Huf SF and LA have both just received a shipment of the Huf x Spitfire Partypuss wheels and the Huf x Thunder Partypuss trucks. Who doesn’t love a Partypuss? Check out the wheels after the jump.
As promised, here are looks at Rob Dyrdek’s new DC collection RD-0915AW, hitting stores on October 1st. You’ll notice a water motif runs through the entire line with blue colors and pool ripple patterns appearing throughout. The new RD1 Mid kicks are especially dope with a definite nod to DC Life. Take a look at the whole collection after the jump.
