Nixon hit it out of the park this spring with their genius limited edition Rubber Players. Running a misty campaign that consisted of launching a new color each month from March through June and not announcing the color until just before the release gave the Rubber Player a hype status that led it to sell out almost instantly after each drop. Now Nixon has announced that after blue, red, and green, the final Rubber Player will come in a singing canary yellow. Ready, set, go to your Nixon retailer on June 15th.

Objectif Lune is a project that was literally growing out of and with the Berlin skate scene, depicting it in a focus, most skateboard filmmakers tend to forget in times of trick by trick hammers, stunts, rail madness and high tech wizardry. With a great sense of capturing atmospheres, spots, characters and sessions Jonathan Peters took the other road to show the essence of skateboarding: being on the streets, sharing a love with friends, looking for new terrain, building makeshift spots… This all doesn’t mean there’s no great skateboarding involved. Quite the contrary as Lennie Burmeister, Valerie Rosomako, Maxim Rosenbauer, Carsten Beneker & friends bring unique styles, top notch skating and creative spots to the screen in a way that makes it worth watching even for non skaters, giving them an idea on what it’s all about. A very refreshing entry into the skate video universe. The whole video can be seen and bought via www.jonathan-peters.com or in its single parts on Jonathan’s Youtube-channel. Very very enjoyable piece of work!
