Once again Mark Gonzales created a sneaker for adidas Skateboarding. This time the skater/artist worked on the adidas Campus. The sneaker features an interesting design on white leather upper and Mark’s characters also appear. These are now available at colette.

Next to the purple Blazer High SB this month, Nike has another Quickstrike aligned for January 2008. The P-Rod High comes in a medium brown houndstooth colorway. Overall definitely a nice colorway for the cold weeks that we still have to go through before Spring hits.

The ESPN Winter X Games 13 are taking place in Aspen next week. For the occasion ESPN got together with Grenade to produce a pair of gloves. Grenade produced 2000 pairs, which will be available during the event, from January 22nd-25th, on site, as well as through a couple of retailers in Aspen and the Grenade online store.

As part of the Nike Snowboarding January 2009 releases comes the new Danny Kass signature Zoom Force 1 boot. It comes features illustrations by Arbito. For the release of the boot, Nike has also produced an animated trailer, which features the artwork of Arbito as well. Check out the trailer here below.
A nice new pack by Vans has been released. The pack consists of a Chukka Half Cab and an Era, both coming with black uppers in leather and suede, yellow stitching and a yellow/black design on the mid sole. The pack is now available at ABC Mart.

With the buzz that has built around Supra as fashion footwear core skate roots can sometimes slip the mind. There latest collaborative duo of sneakers gets right to the point, as they’ve worked with Deathwish Skateboards. Two shoes fold into the line up, a version of the Diablo (above) and a striking red version of the Suprano hi. (via Complex).
Previously previewed here while attending the Bright Summer 2008 tradeshow, the Vans Slayer Pack is slowly getting into stores. The Sk8 Hi “Slayer” is the first to be available and yet another collaboration by Vans with a prolific metal band.

It seems like after Stash, the next artist that Nike Snowboarding worked with, is Mark Dean Veca. So far we can only show you the wallpaper on the left. The same graphics will for sure also be applied on snowboard boots and clothing. Keep your eyes open, more on this collaboration is coming soon!
Today we present you the first part of the Burton [ak] Promo movie, featuring the Burton [ak] Japan team. The movie was filmed by Neil Hartman.

Another great collaboration coming from Vans this Spring 2009 season, is with artist Dennis McNett. They worked on the AV3, TNT 4 and the J-Lay. Dennis’ incredible lino-cut art is strikingly reproduced with laser etching on premium full grain leather and tonal screen printing on high-grade canvas. The package is completed with three tee shirts that feature Dennis’ signature carved fury.
