The latest “oh eleven” shredsite to launch is Bonfire’s. Hit em up for product, team, events, free shit and more while you patiently await the snow.

Bonfire Snowboarding has linked up with Portland Oregon based artist Dave Banks for the 2011 Blur Jacket. Banks inserted his “Mystic Peyote Print” into the lining of the jacket that if you look at closely enough will actually melt your brain into an altered conciousness. Bonfire is getting a jump on next season with the BSC backpack. Available in black or garnet buffalo plaid, the BSC features both skate portage and an internal laptop sleeve as well as a nice external pocket so you don’t have to smash up your sunglasses. The BSC retails for $60 and will hit stores this summer.

It’s official, Bode Merrill is getting money with Bonfire. The Bozwreck representer joins Louif Paradis, David Benedek, Josh Dirksen, Taka Nakai, Leanne Pelosi, and Chad Otterstrom to form a team that could take it head to head with Weezy and Young Money. Peep some of his 2009 shredding above.

In more news from the Mormon state, Bonfire and Salomon have announced that they will be jointly presenting the much anticipated premiere of Darrell Mathes‘ opus Videograss. On October 3rd at 7pm the new wave of shred cinema will go live at the University of Utah’s Fine Arts Auditorium. Bonfire Snowboarding has just launched their new site for 2010 which just so happens to coincide with their 20th anniversary. Despite the occasion, Bonfire went for functional over flashy resulting in an easy to navigate site that won’t keep you inside on the computer when you’d rather be shredding. On July 11th, campers from Windell’s will battle it out with their rival campers from High Cascade Snowboard at Bonfire’s Pipe to Pipe competition at Mt Hood, Oregon. Even if you aren’t lucky enough to be enrolled in one of the camps, you can still register for free to throw down against those fancy camp kids and could end up getting sponsored by someone like Bonfire, Red Bull, Timberline, Scion, Skullcandy, Salomon Snowboards, Transworld, Dragon Optics, or even the Art Institute of Portland!
