You might not think it, but in NY tacos are legal tender, especially for skateboarders. The reason for this is the utter scarcity of proper tacos. So while LA, Phoenix, even Tampa have a plethora of post session taco options, NYC has almost none. That’s why etnies has linked up with Homebase to throw down for Taco Tuesday tonight at Rewind in the east village. Expect every hungry skater in the city to line up for $2 tacos and cheap drinks served by Shut’s Michael Cohen. Best part, all proceeds go to the building of the Bethlehem Skate Park. That’s a triple win. Full info after the jump.
WeSC and etnies are combining dark forces to throw what might be Europe’s gnarliest contest: Rock n Bowl. International rippers like Stu Graham, Sam Hitz, Juergen Horwarth, Fredrik Austbø, and Christian Brox will be shredding Dyvekes Bridge in Oslo on Saturday, August 29 while satan worshipping scanners go nuts to Purified in Blood. Full info after the jump.
