etnies is back with the third installment of their “A Tale of Two Cities” series. In the first episode, Juergen Horrwarth and Axel Cruysberghs hunt for the birthplace of the pretzel in Metzingen, Germany. Of course they did some skating too.

One of the most insane groups of pros ever assembled will come together this Saturday May, 14 at the etnies Skatepark in Lake Forest California for the Sheckler Foundation’s Skate for a Cause. An environmentally conscious company since the beginning, etnies has been going to greater lengths each year to catch up with the expanding set of environmental issues around the world. Their latest project “Buy a Shoe, Plant a Tree” involves planting trees in Costa Rica for the ultimate completion of the etnies Rainforest. Etnies and Thrasher join forces on a shoe that pays homage to the skate scavenger road trip, King of the Road. The shoe features a custom KOTR insole and Thrasher logo on the heel. Get a closer look after the jump.
