Famous has just released a new trailer for their upcoming skate video and if there was any doubt, this settles it, it’s going to be a banger. We brought you the Shut Wallpaper Pro Series boards last week, now we bring you a closer look at how they were created. Far from some photoshop/illustrator bullshit, Eli Gesner created each of the decks by painstakingly creating mock antique walls and fixtures which he then photographed for the final graphic. Shut has another fall banger hitting shops right now, the Wallpaper pro series. Featuring decks with Todd Jordan (8 X 32.0625), Tony Manfre (8 X 32.125), Javier Nunez (7.75 X 31.5), and Felix Arguelles (7.5625 X 31.5) illustrated with spooky haunted house-looking light fixtures and wallpaper, these joints should correspond nicely with the upcoming Hallowe’en holiday. The Famous team has a chapter in the new Skatebook | HELLmag and are having a party at The Fast Life in LA to celebrate it. In more FSAS news, all the mushroom craze / TMZ antics look like they have cost Jereme Rogers his spot on the Famous team. Feliz Arguelles said this:
“Famous Stars and Straps is releasing Jereme Rogers from its skateboard program. F.S.A.S. would like to thank Jereme for the positive contributions to the brand and wish him luck in his future endeavors. We run a true skateboarding program at Famous, we are always on tour filming for our video, doing demos, competing, etc… We support our riders ambitions, but skateboarding needs to always comes first… Good luck J!”
