This is from Habitat’s Fall 2008 tour in which they drove from Winnipeg to Vancouver touring the concrete parks, wrecking vans, and twisting ankles. The tour started with Mike McDermott, Fred Gall, Tim O’Connor, Stefan Janoski, Guru Khalsa, Austyn Gillette, Marius Syvanen, Joe Castrucci, Brennan Conroy, Scott Pommier and Ryan Mcguigan. At the end of the trip only Austyn, Marius and Stefan remained skating. The music is by Nic Armstrong and the CD is “The Great White Liar”. Did I tell you that Janoski is so stylish that I’m wetting my pants when I see him skate? Nice vid. Also check Habitat’s new website!
Stereo has just posted “Clint’s Crazy Chilean Camera Clips,” featuring Fred Gall, Todd Jordan, Jack Sabback, Brian Brown and Paul Shier doing what they do best – Chilean style. Via Ultimate
This fall IPATH is dropping a new shoe from one of their most respected team riders, New Jersey’s own Fred Gall. Fred’s first pro-model on IPATH, the new mid-top shoe comes in three color-ways (green, black and cream), features a vulcanized outsole and incorporates a mix of sustainable materials into the upper (including a hemp ankle strap) and Fred’s Jersey Devil logo on the tongue. The hemp ankle strap especially on the black one looks great and makes a nice contrast.
Like all IPATH’s, these kicks feature stash pockets underneath the tongues, so you can stash things worth stashing. If you’re not up on Fred, just search YouTube to check out what one of the East Coast’s best skaters has to offer.
Watch for more info on IPATH’s new lines of footwear and sneakers to come soon to finer skate-shops and lifestyle stores. Check out the other two colorways after the jump.
