Globe just dropped this edit for their plastic cruiser, the Bantam. Chicks in bikinis and pool skating always makes for a good commercial.

The Globe team hit up Europe from July 4-12 pushing through Brussels, Amsterdam, Berlin and Oslo. Peep the edit featuring Rodney Mullen, David Gonzalez, Chris Haslam, Mark Appleyard, Ryan Decenzo, Luan Oliveira, and Louie Lopez.

Globe has released a short commercial with for its recent collabo with G-shock. The edit features clips from the surf film, Year Zero.

The collection includes a Vietnam War-era jacket, a vintage motorcycle coat, Japanese denim, a black boardshort and and hits select Globe accounts this October. More looks after the jump.

If you are in LA tonight, the place to be is Hollywood for Globe’s debut of the Year Zero apparel collection and film. The Year Zero project consists of a post apocalyptic film a la Mad Max starring Dion Agius, Yadin Nicol, Nate Tyler, Taj Burrow, CJ Hobgood and Damien Hobgood and a capsule collection featuring Vietnam War-era jacket, a vintage motorcycle coat, Japanese denim, a black boardshort and a “unique, fashion-forward, leather boot unlike anything Globe has ever released.” The film unspools tonight at 8pm at the Roosevelt hotel. Last night Globe, in conjunction with G-Shock, celebrated the world film premier of surf film Year Zero in Costa Mesa, California. The industrial warehouse location was transformed into an apocalyptic world, drawing inspiration from Mad Max and HG Wells novel. The space was taken over by beat up cars and stacked crates with a dessert backdrop. Get a look at what went down after the jump.
