We could editorialize all day about this crazy news but its probably better you read it firsthand over at Transworld Business. The short version is that Forum, Foursquare and Special Blend are done after this season, Gravis is moving to Japan-only, Analog is moving back to a snow-only brand based in Vermont, and RED is being absorbed into anon. As fans of all these brands, we are bummed, the snow gods owe us some serious pow for this one.

Gravis has another dope teaser out for the Quarters shoe, this time featuring Arto Saari getting his pool shred on. Check it out.

Gravis has teamed up with Brooklyn-based illustrator, artist and wallpaper designer Dan Funderburgh for a limited edition “Aloha” print collection. The collection consists of a Quarters, men’s and women’s Slymz, women’s Avalon, Uno pack and Travel Duffle.

To help celebrate the Quarters’ launch, Gravis put together a video series highlighting team riders such as Dylan Rieder, Danny Fuller, Arto Saari and Danny Davis to name a few. Check out Dylan’s edit above.

Next up in our coverage from Agenda Long Beach is the Quarters from Gravis. This shoe features a waxed canvas upper along with herringbone textured foxing tape, a high traction outsole and the Cloud 9 footbed, which works as a shock absorption and a suspension system for your feet. Look for these to drop in the Spring and hit the jump for more styles.

Radcollector columnist Jeff Takemoto hit up Skateboarder, Analog and Gravis’ Sunset Rampage 2 event in Hollywood this past Thursday. Here’s a taste:

Skateboarder Magazine in conjunction with Analog and Gravis, held their 2nd annual mini-ramp jammy at the swanky, Standard Hotel located on Hollywood’s Sunset Strip. It was a rather sordid affair, which entailed a fully-stocked open beezy along with trays of hors devours being passed around to a hungry crown of skate heathens.
