Our friends at ESPN just posted a dope recap of Burton’s equally dope NYC premiere for their new flick The B. Following a track record of back to back bangers, Burton set this one off too with a three part affair that included an in-store at the Burton SoHo store with Jussi Oksanen, Kelly Clark, Freddi Kalbermatten, Mads Jonsson and Shaun White, multiple screenings at Tribeca Cinemas, and a gnarly after set at B.East. Burton took a pretty rad approach with their beanie presentation for this year’s catalog. Flipping the switch on both regular rider shots and mannequins, they combined the two into some pretty bugged out pseudo-dummies starring their team. You’ve got Terje, Keegan Valaika, Kim Rune Hansen, Marko Grilic, Mads Jonsson, Mark Sollars, Jussi Oksanen, Chris Sorman, Stephan Maurer and Kazu Kokubo’s decapitated and cryogenically frozen-looking dome pieces laced with Burton’s 2010 beanie line.
