As we all know our brothers in Haiti are in the midst of tragedy due to the 7.0 earthquake that struck the country last week, and as human beings it’s our duty to help people in need. So Manik and Goods out of Seattle teamed up to make these t-shirts in an effort to get more aid and supplies to the victims in Haiti. You can purchase shirts at Goods in Seattle and Bellevue, and if you don’t live in that area and still want to help go to yele.org to make a donation.

The Northwest familia is having a major bread breaking this weekend at the Luxe Riot Open House. With brands like Manik, Atmosphere, Actual Pain, Flying Coffin, and more as well as live custom screen printing, special deals on apparel, and of course hot dogs, you are clearly not a Sea-Tac / PDX player if you aren’t gonna be there. For their newest collection, Manik Skateboards has named Seattle based tattoo artist and skater, Chris Adams, as their artist in residence. Adams’ art will appear on decks, tees, and sweatshirts, all of which are shipping to retailers on August 15th. If you want some CA ink direct, Adams is currently working out of Super Genius Tattoo. The Hype BR, Brasil’s leading lifestyle blog featured Brooklyn’s Boundless in their news section today. The Hype BR’s founder Lucas Penido stopped through on a recent visit to NY and chopped it up with Boundless CEO Nick Langella about what’s poppin at the shop. A full service skateshop and lifestyle boutique at one of the dopest locations in BK, it’s no wonder that Boundless is catching that international love. Manik has just released a new collection for the summer, “Manik Vegas.” An ultimate homage consisting of five decks all representing a different aspect of Sin City, the artwork from The Bellagio, Neon Vegas, Bats, Rat Pack, and Jackpot is also carried over onto several tees. Seattle’s Manik, who have a knack for dope collabos, is at it again, this time doing a collection with the Japanese brand Punk Drunkers. There are some dope tees and a New Era here but you are going to have to bust out some yen to get a hold of this stuff. If that’s not a problem, the R.A.D shop will hold you down. It looks like Manik once again teamed up with photographer Charles Peterson, known for his outstanding music photography. This time Manik produced skatedecks, t-shirts and crewneck sweaters, featuring the photographer’s work.
The Manik x Charles Peterson products are now available at Goods.

Manik has always released their collection in packs. As part of their Fall 2008 collection they present the “Day Of The Dead” series, featuring a series of colorful skulls and flowers on skateboard decks, as well as clothing. The first drop of the season further offers a hoodie.

When Manik first stumbled upon the Hair Spray image they got the idea to do a collaboration with NJ Skate Shop in New Jersey. The outcome is a series of t-shirts and matching skate decks with the image.
The blue t-shirt is an exclusive for NJ, the others will also be available at other premium skate stores around the US.
