Next, Nigel heads to Times Square for a celebrity flag football game to celebrate the launch of the new NFL jerseys. The teams were comprised of NFL players, including Mark Sanchez, Justin Tuck, Matt Ryan, and legend Ronnie Lott, plus rappers Ace Hood, Jadakiss, and Vado, as well as Hot 97’s Angie Martinez.
In the third episode of his new series, “Get Sylvester,” Nigel Sylvester reflects on one of his first sponsors, Animal Bikes, and what the brand and owner Ralph Sinisi have meant to him throughout his career. So much so that he tattoos the Animal logo on his forearm.

“1987″ by Casio G-Shock, is an urban retro-style video shot on the streets of New York City, the home of BMX icon Nigel Sylvester. The video, titled 1987 the year Nigel was born, celebrates a collaborative timepiece between Casio G-Shock and Nigel. As an adult, Nigel looks back on his year of birth as a time of great creative freedom and experimentation. The film was created to capture that spirit.
Nigel Sylvester has another collabo G-Shock about to drop this week, this time in pearl white. The GD100NS-7 will launch exclusively at Blades in NYC with a launch event this Friday that will include an appearance and signing from the man himself. Hit the jump for more images and full event info.
