Next up from Nike’s Action Sports Immersion program is this peek at the updated version of the Mavrk Mid 2 for Spring 2011. The clean skateable mid top has been refined to include perforated side panels and will drop in several pop colors including this LA colorway that locks up with several other pieces in the Spring 6.0 catalog. More colors after the jump.
Also spotted in Huntington Beach this week was this as yet unreleased Nike 6.0 Vengeance Hoodie. No details on what collection it’s part of, if any, but its another clear indication of the graphic direction 6.0 is taking for the future. A look at the back graphic after the jump.
Nike 6.0 gave us an exclusive look at their limited run quickstrike t-shirts for Holiday 2010. Printed on premium shirts and featuring the most progressive graphics we’ve seen from 6.0, the highlight is definitely the skull swoosh above which sources told us “would never pass the swoosh police.” Peep the rest of the run after the jump.
As part of their surf offerings this summer, Nike 6.0 has dropped the Full Court pack. Clearly dedicated to a certain basketball team that shall remain nameless due to Radcollector’s severe disdain for them, the pack includes super stretch board shorts, flip flops, Mavrk Mids, and a tee. Available now at 6.0 dealers everywhere except Boston.
We’re back from the hot holiday and first up is this fuego edit from the Nike 6.0 BCN BMX Pro that was held in Barcelona, Spain last month. Peep Garrett Reynolds, Dennis Enarson, Mike Spinner, Jason Phelan, Gary Young, Ryan Nyquist, Drew Bezanson, and Brett Banasiewicz getting loco.
Although he’s had more “day in the life” videos than almost any athlete out there, when you have a life like Nigel Sylvester, there’s never a shortage of material for another. Nigel’s latest “Go All Day” from Gatorade is by far the raddest yet. From shredding mad spots in the city to an impromptu photo shoot at 21 Mercer with none other than Mel D. Cole to a late night wile out at BOB, Nigel gets it in. If you are from NY you’ll recognize mad people in this video, if you’re not you’ll appreciate it for its sick cinematography and banger backing track from Donnis.
Although they win on name alone, Nike 6.0’s new BroBrah sandal is also packed with tech from flywire straps to an ultra cush moldable footbed. Look for them at 6.0 surf dealers right now. Some more looks after the jump.
Nike 6.0 just continues to get it right, this time with the announcement that they are jumping into the women’s apparel game this fall. The fact that all the ladies on the team are gorgeous plus photography by supermodel Helena Christiansen should all but guarantee a successful launch.
Nike 6.0 has enlisted Good Wood NYC to create the “medals” for their upcoming “Rep Your Crew” events on the east coast this weekend and next. This weekend they’ll be at Camelback in Pennsylvania and next weekend they’ll be hitting Hunter in upstate New York. You can still register to enter the Camelback comp right here. Details on the Hunter event, which includes a transportation package with Ovrride, after the jump.
A couple weeks back Nike 6.0 and Radcollector got together on a giveaway for three of our readers to customize a pair of 6.0 Mavrk Mid 2’s through the NikeiD program. Today one of those winners, “Mr.B” from Brooklyn hit us with some pics of his creation. Keep your eyes open for more giveaways and peep some more pics of the joints after the jump.
