The Nike SB booth at BRIGHT in Frankfurt houses their Fall 2009 footwear collection, but we think that the showcase and presentation build out around the line is worthy of a noting. The showcase room for Nike SB has a feel of a men’s salon. The walls are lined with books supporting some of the coming models and colorways in the Fall 2009 offering as well as imagery from the Nike SB German skate team’s visit to Dubai. Our favorite piece (shown above) is the custom one off Nike Pigeon Dunk Cuckoo Pendulum Clock – as German as it gets.

Next to the purple Blazer High SB this month, Nike has another Quickstrike aligned for January 2008. The P-Rod High comes in a medium brown houndstooth colorway. Overall definitely a nice colorway for the cold weeks that we still have to go through before Spring hits.

The Nike SB P-Rod High Medium Brown is now available at Maven.

By now most of you should have heard of the Made For Skate event that is taking place in Damski (Netherlands) on November 30th and produced by Nike SB. Our friends from Ben G are hosting the Pop-Up Store for the event and have worked with Nike on a special “Made For Skate” Blazer SB. In terms of looks the sneaker was inspired by the very first sneaker ever made specifically for skateboarding.

24 pairs of the Nike “Made For Skate” Blazer SB will be available at the pop-up store. Make sure to make it out there should you be around!

Recently we presented to you the upcoming Nike SB Brasil Custom Series 3, consisting of three Dunk Lo SB’s. Now Nike SB has launched a dedicated website for the project. There is some great material on the site surrounding the project including videos of the team riders that the project is based on.

Here on Highsnobiety we’ve spent considerable time linking elements of culture and discussing how trends and styles move over place and time. Music, as we’ve established, is one of the great catalysts. For the latest series of Brazil Custom Nike SB Dunk Low, the Brazilian trio of Rodrigo Peterson, Cezar Gordo and Fabio Cristiano have followed on this thought. Well, not directly from us! But, they have drawn inspiration from the Walkman and given it salute as THE pre-ipod era music box for the skater.

Each of the trio picked one element of the walkman to highlight on their shoe. Peterson chose the walkman itself, Gordo the headphones, and finally, Cristiano the cassette tape. Together they tell a full tale of the entanglement of skate and sound. At least on the surface…

We present you another release coming from Nike SB for November 2008. The P-Rod 2 Zoom Air comes in a fresh orange/blue colorway. Look out for it at retailers these coming weeks.

The Nike SB x C.R. Stecyk III Blazer Premium has just been released. The collaboration seems to be on-going as Stecyk has also designed a series of accessories that will be coming out in November at Nike SB dealers. The series includes reversible beanies and scarfs, as well as matching gloves.

Here we present you the latest releases by Nike SB. For the month of October they will be coming out with a Dunk Low Pro SB, P-Rod 2, Dunk High Premium SB and a Blazer Low SB. Overall the October range is subtle and solid, something we cannot say too often about Nike SB, that usually features some more colorful styles in their collection.

We give you a preview today of the Nike Dunk Low SB “Gold Rail”, honoring the Flinders Street Station, one of the most prominent skate spots in Melbourne.

“The shoe features canvas, suede and mesh, with the varsity royal blue apparently inspired by Port Phillip Bay and the brown midsole chosen to represent the turdish Yarra River that winds its wiggly way through our magnificent city.” Via Sneaker Freaker.

Simple looks with a great outcome. The Nike Dunk Low SB “Gold Rail” will be available as of October.

The Nike SB Dunk Mid "Moat" has been released at Dave’s Quality Meat (DQM). The shoe has been designed by The Skatepark of Tampa, and comes in a black/green colorway with red accents and a printed design on the back heel.
