Most contests are pretty whatevs but Foursquare got it right with their “Win Pat Moore’s Jacket” contest. Alls you gotta do is write Pat a note at foursquare@theprogram.com telling him what the most functional feature of your jacket is and he’ll pick the best response and send them a spanking new Foursquare Coco Jacket in Citron with his autograph on it. Contest ends on March 29 so you better get at it.

Pat Moore stopped by the Shut shop in NYC today to show off his new pro model goggles with Electric. Featuring an ultra-wide lens and a super sick Live Free or Die strap, Pat’s gonna be reppin his Granite State extra hard next season. Taking his board graphic in a totally different direction for 2011, Pat Moore created this insane homage to his cat ThunderPuss for his Forum pro model. Tweaked for big mountain ripping, but rail ready as well, the artwork also call outs New Hampshire and Pat’s spooky dark side. A couple more looks after the jump.

Here we go again, Deadlung is taking it up a notch. Lungie Land number nine has Pat Moore, Stevie Bell, Jake Watson, and Aaron Biittner in addition to his Lungness. Seriously, Apple, call this dude.

Sure enough, the Forum Forever premiere went down according to plan – RBV’s, Colt 45, and crazy shredding. The Forum crew brought out a pretty mixed crowd from meatheads to mami’s but managed to avoid any major drama on the night. As Pat Moore put it, “I thought the premier was dope. Since Red Bull hooked up the space we got a much wider genre of people in there. There were lots of snowboarders but we also had people who were just generally interested in what was going on or just wanted to party so it was a good mix.” One thing is for sure, everyone was stoked on the video. With the Redbull Snowscrapers event going down this Thursday, this week is going to be the most shredded out week in the history of the rotten apple. Case in point is the Volcom Snow Team blowout popping off at the Volcom store this Wednesday, February 4th, at 7:45pm.

The Legend Terje Haakonsen will be making a rare appearance alongside Bjorn Leines, Kevin Pearce and Pat Moore while Volcom recording artists Valient Thorr thrash out the place. Get there early.
