C1RCA Select has returned with two new colorways of their super popular cancer-awareness spreading kick, the Skate4Cancer Convert. Produced in collaboration with cancer activist and skateboarder Rob Dyer through C1RCA Select’s Culture Squad initiative, a portion of the sale of each pair, as well as the corresponding t-shirt goes to Skate4Cancer. Rad Collector - C1RCA Select x Rob Dyer Skate4Cancer Convert
After previewing it at Agenda in Huntington beach this summer, C1RCA Select has dropped some more looks at their Culture Squad collection for Spring 2010. The freshest piece has got to be their collabo with Canadian artist/skateboarder/cancer activist Rob Dyer. Inspired by the loss of his mother, both grandmothers and a close friend to cancer, Dyer started the Skate4Cancer foundation with the idea to spread cancer awareness through skateboarding. He has since become a huge celebrity in Canada and is currently skating all across the world on his quest, hitting up New Zealand and Australia as we speak. The Skate4Cancer Convert comes in both black and teal and proceeds go directly to Princess Margaret Hospital, Canada’s leading cancer research facility. It’s just good all the way around.
