Tony Hawk, several action sports luminaries, Blink-182 and a grip of Hollywood big shots got together last weekend at billionaire Ron Burkle’s crib to throw a fundraiser for a new skatepark in Watts. Hollywood is so fresh, only there could you be this dude and still get picked to host fundraisers. It really is like whatever, though, as long as the kids get something good out of it. ESPN’s Josh Brooks made a fun little video from the occasion. Check it out.

We showed you the first trailer for Rob Dyrdek’s upcoming skate movie Street Dreams a little while back. Here is trailer #2. Street Dreams hits theaters June 12.

As expected, the Supra x KR3W x Baker x KCDC jumpoff was off the chain last night. KCDC was rammed out and TK was in superstar mode but keeping it mad humble and dapping every homie, squeezing every shorty, and signing everything that anyone put in front of him. The Muska lorded over the entire scene while Lizard King lurked and Antwuan Dixon made sure the spot stayed live the entire night – from the mini ramp to the bar – while his brawl montage from the Baker Deathwish Summer Tour video almost made the room break out in fisticuffs just because. TK Society is in takeover mode. This Saturday, May 16, Supra is bringing Terry Kennedy and Antwuan Dixon to Brooklyn to possibly burn KCDC to the ground. There’s gonna be Pabst, there’s gonna be Belvie, there’s gonna be a premiere of The Baker Boys Summer Tour Video, there’s gonna be mayhem. If get there early enough, there’s also gonna be TK Society’s for sale and a free Supra tee if you cop some. You’re gonna need the fake ID for this one though. Complete event info after the jump.

Nick Schonberger has just done a dope interview with Terry Kennedy over at HighSnobiety. He gets into a bunch of good stuff with TK, but of course keeps his eyes on the prize – the Supra TK Society.

“From the start I wanted to do something fresh that fashionably you can go out in, but they look so sick and I knew I wanted to skate in ‘em. To me you can look good and be functional.”

The big budget skate film, Street Dreams, is finished and has hit the preview circuit. Done by Sal Masekela and Jason Bergh of Berkela Motion Pictures, the dudes behind Bra Boys, and starring Rob Dyrdek, P Rod, Sheckler, Terry Kennedy, Ryan Dunn, and more, Street Dreams definitely has all the right people involved and the skating looks ridiculously sick. The skate audience is in the bag; it will be interesting to see if mainstream audiences catch on. The movie hits theaters nationwide on June 12. For more go here.
