As part of our ongoing series with Hex, we recently headed over to our local skate shop SHUT Skate Mechanics on Orchard street in the LES to kick it with our man Michael Cohen. The best thing about SHUT is that you never know who might show up on any given day. On this particular day we had none other than Trevor aka Trouble Andrew and Taji Ameen in the house. Trouble had stopped by to lace up his new coffin deck with a set of Tracker Racetracks, 62mm Bennett Wheels and some Bones Reds while Taji was in the neighborhood shooting for Vice and his site Tajiameen.com. Analog, who have sponsored Trevor Andrew since their inception, have produced an ultra limited quantity of logo patches in support of his band Trouble. The Misfits-inspired graphic will also appear on Trevor’s 2010 Analog signature jacket. Trouble was recently signed to Virgin and are set to release a remastered version their debut album on February 10.
